France - Où va l’argent des radars?

Il est agréable de pouvoir annoncer que les radars ainsi que l’argent qu’ils rapportent contribuent à la sécurité routière. Malheureusement il a déjà été vu que les radars ne semblent pas vraiment être si efficaces qu’on le souhaiterait. Et maintenant on apprend que l’argent récolté n’est pas non plus intégralement utilisé pour la sécurité.
