France - Auteur d’un excès de vitesse à 242 km/h mais totalement blanchi

Le 30 novembre dernier, un automobiliste des Hautes-Alpes a établi un record départemental en étant flashé à 242 km/h sur l’autoroute A51, au niveau de la Saulce (Hautes-Alpes) près de Gap. Son véhicule, une Audi A4, lui a immédiatement été confisqué et son permis retiré. L’homme de 34 ans risquait gros devant le tribunal de Gap où il était jugé : la confiscation définitive de son véhicule et trois ans de suspension de permis. A la surprise générale, il a finalement été totalement blanchi, profitant d’un vice de procédure que son avocat a su exploiter dans le dossier.
