Kompatible Handies
Jedes javafähige Mobiltelefon mit MIDP 2.0 und CLDC 1.1 und der Bluetooth-Library müsste kompatibel sein. Sie können die Kompatibilität mit Hilfe des Programms FoxyTest prüfen, welches in der Sektion Downloads verfügbar ist. Eine mit BlackBerry kompatible Version kann von Johi's Blog heruntergeladen werden.

Kompatible GPS-Systeme
Jedes Bluetooth-GPS ist im Prinzip kompatibel (was die GPS-Module bestimmter Navigationssysteme einschliesst). Wenn Sie noch kein GPS-Modul besitzen, empfehlen wir Ihnen ein GPS Sirf III, welches empfindlich genug ist, um ohne Antenne in einer Häuserschlucht oder hinter einer adiabatischen (wärmegedämmten) Windschutzscheibe zu funktionieren. Die zurzeit besten Sirf III sind das GlobalSat BT338, verfügbar zum Beispiel bei Expansys und das HOLUX GPSlim236, verfügbar zum Beispiel auf der Webseite von Nav4All. Vergleichen Sie die Preise auch mit denjenigen Geräten, die Sie unter buyGPSnow finden können.
