New test version for FoxyTag

Postby Munja » Wed Feb 07, 2007 5:18 pm

Hello,

We realised a new module for next FoxyTag. It is not FoxyTag yet but only the part wich will be integrated in next version.

However you should be able to connect with bluetooth GPS and receive GPS datas.

Anyone who had a problem with bluetooth conection or bluetooth device discovery should try this test.

Even if current release of FoxyTag works fine on your phone we invite you to try it:
it will be integrated in next version and we need a little help from our beta testers to improve forward and backward compatibility.

There is also a new API for mobile phones with integrated GPS.

Please post us a feedback about all tests in this topic. Don't forget to mention tested mobile phone and GPS

To download the test version for bluetooth GPS:

From mobile phone (it is pointed on jad file):

Beta test

Postby fuzbat » Wed Feb 21, 2007 6:38 pm

Installed Beta on SE K800i with no problem.
"GSat BT gps receiver" recognized and basic data shown on screen without problem.
Debug remained silent.
I"ll now have to go back and see what it is supposed to do...
Hope this helps
Ciao ciao
