I recently switched from a Nokia 6021 phone to an E90 model. Foxytag installed in a breeze, but I can seem to get the username password right. I even registered, but the mobile number was already registered the website stated.
The password on my previous account was UPPERCASE, but I noticed that the Foxytag mobile app changes this to lowercase.
The new account password is lowercase, but still no success.
I finally went back to my email folder with registrations and found out that the mobile app uses a different username/password combination then the website. The old one for the mobile app still works!!
Could I have known this in advance when switching phones?
