Nokia E75 - no sound

I've got a Nokia E75.
Installation worked without any problems.
every works perfect - but - no sound at all
does anybody knows how to enable sound for the E75?

Is your mobile conncted to another device that uses sounds, like a Bluetooth earphone? If yes try in stand-alone.
- Is the volume of the application AND the volume of the device set to maximum?
- Does the test alarm function work?
- Is Bluetooth desactivated?
- Did you switched from silent mode to normal mode just before? If yes, restart your mobile.

I think he should try to switch off and switch on his mobile. My E75 had the same problem and I restarted it and it worked. Also check whether Bluetooth is deactivated or not. It will also cause problems with sound. If these options do not work then he should take his mobile to the nearest Nokia dealer. They will be able to fix the problem. Please don’t give it to any local mobile mechanic. They will make it a mess.

MKP no switching it on and off doesn't work. I've just got a Nokia E75 from ebay and am having this sound problem. It's not on silent mode and bluetooth is activated.
