Please explain to me how this system works. It is not an actual radar detector. Right? How do I get out of the test mode? What constitutes a stationary camera as opposed to a mobile one?
My understanding is that users report where the cameras are so when a cop shuts down a speed trap I assume the camera alert stays in effect unless somebody removes it?
