I have been thinking about this for some time, and read some posts about the subject. Since the gprs costs abroad can be very high, it might be nice to be able to plan a trip, download the FoxyTag information, and run in offline mode.
During offline you can confirm/delete/add cameras to your offline list. These 'corrections' will show up on the radar. This way you can report a cam in the other direction, and you will get warned on the way back.
As soon as you are home again, you go online again, and the reports will be uploaded to the server, to get new extra credits.
Restrictions:
* All mobile cameras will be shown as ghosts, since there is no way to know if they are still valid.
* You must confirm/add/remove cameras on the way. This will contribute to the FoxyTag system as soon as you are online again.
* You can’t use this feature with the test account. A proper FoxyTag account is required.
Any thoughts on this?
