Canada - Les radars-photo émettent désormais des amendes aux contrevenants

À partir d’aujourd’hui, le 19 août 2009, les 15 installations de radars-photo du Québec émettent des amendes.

La périodes des « avertissements » est terminée!

Désormais, toute infraction constatée par l’un ou l’autre de ces photocinémomètres pourra être frappée d’une lourde amende (merci à la loi 42 [2007] de la ministre des transports, Julie Boulet), à la discrétion d’un agent de la Sûreté du Québec qui analysera la preuve photographique à sa disposition, confortablement installé dans le Centre de traitement des infractions (qu’aucun média ou citoyen n’a encore eu la permission de voir), à Montréal.
