France - L’interdiction des avertisseurs radars semble poser quelques problèmes juridiques et pratiques

Alors qu’avant seuls les détecteurs de radars étaient totalement prohibés sur les routes françaises, les avertisseurs de radars, auparavant tolérés, risquent bientôt de ne plus l’être. Au delà de la levée de boucliers qu’a provoquée cette annonce de la part des constructeurs d’avertisseurs de radars, l’application de cette mesure risque de poser d’autres problèmes.
